Regenerative Orthopedics

True Healing Without the Use of Drugs or Invasive Surgery

What is Regenerative Orthopedics?

Orthopedics is the branch of medicine that specializes in the care of the musculoskeletal system, which consists of the muscles, bones, joints, ligaments and tendons.

Regenerative Orthopedics, a relatively new and cutting-edge field of orthopedics, mobilizes the human body’s own repair mechanism to heal damaged and/or degenerating tissues.

We use various types of regenerative therapies and injections that create an environment in which the damaged tissues can regrow and repair themselves without undergoing invasive surgery, including:

T2 RegenWave (low-intensity shockwave therapy)

Prolotherapy

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

Exosomes

Peptides

Meet Our Expert

Tracy Peruch, NMD, DC

When it comes to diagnosing and treating orthopedic and sports injuries and pain, knowledge, and experience matter!

Dr. Tracy Peruch is a dual licensed physician, with both Arizona medical and chiropractic licenses. He has combined both degrees to provide our patients with a wide range of knowledge and 20+ years’ experience in orthopedics, sports medicine and regenerative medicine for the treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain and degenerative joint diseases.

Ultrasound Guided Injections

Dr. Peruch uses ultrasound imaging as both a diagnostic tool and to ensure the precise guidance of the injection for accurate placement. Many offices perform orthopedic injections, but use only landmarks or without any kind of image guidance ("blind"). Injections guided by imaging lead to significantly better accuracy than landmarks only or "blind" injections. This results in targeted treatment exactly where you need it.
