ANCILLARY SERVICES – At times, your care may require “ancillary” services (i.e. labs, medications, supplements, etc.), which are not included in any of the above plans, but are provided to Low-T and VIP Plan members at substantially discounted rates. Payment for ancillary services are due at time of service.

Patients have 24/7 direct access to their T2 Health Personal Physician and staff through the secure patient portal messaging system to which non-urgent communications may be addressed.
Extended & Relaxed Visits
At T2 Health patients get the time and attention they deserve! No more rushed 10 minute appointments. Initial visits are typically 60-90 minutes, while follow-up visits are typically 30-60 minutes.
Virtual Visits
We’re making your care more convenient! No need to come into the office as some conditions can be managed safely and effectively via video chat or over the phone.
After-hours Care
That’s right. After-hour care from your Personal Physician, not a random provider on an after-hours line. Patients are given their physician’s cell phone number to directly contact them after-hours if needed, saving you time, hassle, and expense.
